What is minimal contract period?There are no any mandatory contract period. Subscription period is 1 month, subscriptions are renewed automatically by Bluesnap system on monthly basis and can be canceled any time from your Bluesnap account or by request to Support team. How do I cancel subscription?Please submit a cancelation request by clicking on Contact Support button, cancellation requests are processed within 24 hours.
What is money-back guarantee period?

How do I assign my domains to my store?You can add domains at Settings page of your store. Please refer to this article for details.
How do I upload files / images / change templates?
You should receive email notification after adding new Store with FTP access details. Usually it is enough just to click on ftp:// link in the email message to open directory in your system default file manager. Or you can use any other FTP client (like FileZilla for example) to upload/download any files of your Store.
Can I use Magento Connect to install new themes / extensions?
Absolutely. Please ensure that the theme / extension is compatible with your Magento version.

Which payment methods are supported?
