Spark plan
Spark plan is provided free of charge with QoS and design similar to Dancing Magento package, but lower QoS (specifically, diskspace is limited to 0.2G and there is a limit on number of HTTP requests) when there are free slots available.
All architectural changes, performance improvements and security updates are applied to Spark nodes first and distributed to other environments after test-drive. Therefor, Spark plan have semiweekly maintenance cycle. Other than that, it is package suitable to run starting Magento store. Currently, this plan is closed for new registrations. What you get
